Ewan McVicar selects his 10 ultimate Grand Theft Auto V tracks
Fire up the Infernus and go cruising around Los Santos with these expertly curated GTA bangers
It's a universal truth... GTA V is full of some absolute bangers.
For nearly 10 years the drive and crime simulator has reigned supreme for its canny ability to pick out the very best in both mainstream and underground music to treat players to on Los Santos' many in-game radio stations.
With the already stellar selections in the main game, released in 2013, developers Rockstar have also been constantly updating the music of GTA Online — with features from Mixmag favourites such as Joy Orbison, The Blessed Madonna, Palms Trax, Moodymann and many more. The franchise's reputation for highlighting the best in electronic sound hasn't just placed it as an ambassador for the genres, but arguably a top platform for discovering dance music.

It's where Scottish DJ and 'Tell Me Something Good' producer Ewan McVicar discovered Joe Goddard's ‘Gabriel’ for the first time "cruising down the freeway in his Infernus." The hit house anthem has now been given the remix treatment to celebrate its 10th anniversary, with McVicar being given the chance to put his own spin on it — by way of his 'House Tribe Dub' remix, released on Greco-Roman Records.
In celebration of the release of his remix, and to really help us narrow the massive catalogue of Grand Theft Auto 5 tracks down to the crème de la crème, we got Ewan to pick out his ten best GTA V anthems. From Daniel Avery's big room acid to some classic Snoop Dogg — enjoy!
