Underground house producer Doc Daneeka takes the anthemic vintage vocals from The Emotions’ ‘I Don't Wanna Lose Your Love’ and then splices them over classic breakbeats and ravey chords on this refreshingly different offering. There’s an underlying bootleg feel to ‘Never Wanna Lose U’, but he makes it his own with a collection of old-skool samples and masterfully executed arrangements.
