Beyond Backpacking: How Electronic Music Tourism Has Risen in Vietnam
Vietnam (and much of Southeast Asia) has long been a desired travel destination for backpackers and holidaymakers. In recent years, it has developed into a hot ticket, cultural destination for music – thanks to its booming music festivals and nightlife scene. We talk to some of the players who are leading the change, including promoters, agents, and event producers to hear their observations and projections for the changing role of Vietnam as a destination for music tourism.
