Säule - which translates from German to English as pillar - is located on the ground floor of Berghain, yet has not been open as a dancefloor since its last weekly party in March 2020. Though the space has been open as usual as a bar and chill out area during events across Berghain and Panorama Bar.
Säule opened in 2017 as the third dancefloor to the venue, aiming to showcase more experimental club music.
Originally the space was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but since the rest of the venue has opened, Säule has not re-opened as a dancefloor.
Now the first in three years is set to run on June 1.
Other names set to perform at Säule this summer include marum, Peachlyfe, Matriark, Miran N and more.
