Eddington Again to release debut album 'Naomi9' next month
The full-length project will come out on November 17 via !K7 Records
The leftfield pop artist Eddington Again's debut album 'Naomi9' will be released via !K7 Records on November 17.
The second single of the release, the Boys Noize collaborative effort 'Cake Code', is out now.
Following pensive first single 'Clash', 'Cake Code' is propelled by the pulse of a Reese bass and accompanied by industrial drums and shouted lyrics.
The album's 12 tracks are split between the distinct hemispheres of Eddington again's musical life; while six songs were made in LA, six songs were subsequently written and produced in Berlin upon their relocation.

According to Eddington Again, 'Naomi9' is the natural evolution of their previous works 'Damani3' and 'Damani6', continuing themes of shoegaze, indie and downtempo. The album also features the tender track 'Petrify', first premiered by Mixmag in 2020.
'Naomi9' sees !K7 Records continue its steady flow of releases, which has seen EPs from Ciel, Ian DPM, James Bangura, Kassian and Tosca, as well as both Haai and Elkka's contributions to the long-standing DJ-Kicks series. The label has been running since 1985, with icons such as Actress, DJ Koze, Foals, Erol Alkan, John Talabot, Maya Jane Coles and Seth Troxler contributing either new material or to its mix series.
The album will be accompanied by a listening party online on November 15 at 6:PM GMT, two days prior to the project's full release.
