Kobalt Music pulls 700,000 tracks from Facebook and Instagram

Music publishing company Kobalt has pulled its entire catalogue from Facebook and Instagram due to issues with the social media parent company, Meta.

Kobalt’s statement adds: “We’ve always stood for songwriters first, and we’re proud to continue to do so. We remain fully committed to reaching an agreement with Meta.”

Artists published by Kobalt include Skrillex, The Weeknd, Lorde, Eryka Badu, Childish Gambino and many more.
