Madam X releases debut EP 'Homecoming'
The record lands as she celebrates 10 years of her seminal label and party KAIZEN
Madam X has released her debut EP 'HOMECOMING' this week via her rebranded imprint KAIZEN.
The record comes as the artist celebrates 10 years of the seminal label and club night, landing both digitally and on vinyl, spanning soundscapes of 130 dubstep, swamped-out bass and gnarly techno.

"I named the EP 'Homecoming' because it's a full circle moment for me," says Madam X. "Reconnecting with the music that made me fall in love with raving was what it came down to. After over a decade of DJing, throwing parties, and touring the world, collaborating with Cartridge, DJ JM, Andy Martin, and Doctor Jeep felt organic and natural, and allowed me to stay true to my roots. As KAIZEN celebrates its 10th anniversary, I wanted to make it special.
"This EP blends dubstep, bass, and moody techno, but at its core, it’s all about playful club music. I'm so proud of it!"
To accompany the EP release, a set of shows have been announced: following her USA tour over the last month, there's a KAIZEN UK tour to come with shows in Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and London across November and December. Later this year, there's an Australia and New Zealand tour locked in — with more info TBA.
