Morocco's Oasis Festival unveils first wave of its inaugural 'Into The Wild' line-up

Morocco's Oasis Festival has unveiled its first wave of acts for its debut boutique festival concept, 'Into The Wild', which takes place on September 23 and 24.

Taking place in Dakhla and situated against the backdrop of a lagoon and desert landscape, names on the first installation of the bill include Âme, Jyoty, KiNK and Mind Against.

Beyond the music - with stages dubbed to be more of an 'intimate' affair - you can explore a variety of food and wellness activities.

There will be local chefs preparing local dishes plus an experimental cocktail bar, plus a wellbeing programme which involves yoga, sound healing, or simply chilling by the pool. For those feeling more adventurous, there are options to jump on a boat excursion, partake in kitesurfing or try quad-biking.

“We’re really excited to introduce Into the Wild this year,” explains Marjana Jaidi, founder of the company behind Oasis Festival. “Last year, I had the chance to travel within Morocco, and the beauty and variation of the country really struck me, so I thought it could be interesting to take the festival on the road.

“There were still a lot of covid travel restrictions in place when we first started making plans for 2022, so we made the decision to create a smaller, more intimate version of the festival that could adapt to changing circumstances. It just seemed like the perfect opportunity to evolve the festival in a new and exciting way.”

A variety of packages are on offer for those wanting to attend: there are onsite hotel options or beach bungalows, all of which include airport transfers and, if required, shuttles to and from the festival daily.

Tickets for the event start from €179, with packages costing from €350 per person. You can grab yours here.
